இஸ்ரோவின் புதிய தலைவராக சோமநாத் நியமனம்

இஸ்ரோவின் தற்போதைய தலைவர் சிவனின் நீட்டிக்கப்பட்ட பதவிக்காலம் வரும் வெள்ளிக்கிழமையுடன் முடிவடைய உள்ள நிலையில் புதிய தலைவர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

இந்திய விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி மையத்தின் (இஸ்ரோ) புதிய தலைவராக கேரளாவைச் சேர்ந்த டாக்டர் எஸ்.சோமநாத் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். இஸ்ரோ தலைவராக அடுத்த 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு சோமநாத் பதவி வகிப்பார் என மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

இஸ்ரோவின் தற்போதைய தலைவர் சிவனின் நீட்டிக்கப்பட்ட பதவிக்காலம் வரும் வெள்ளிக்கிழமையுடன் (ஜனவரி 14) முடிவடைய உள்ள நிலையில் புதிய தலைவர் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

பிஎஸ்எல்வி, ஜிஎஸ்எல்வி ராக்கெட் தொழில்நுட்பத்தில் முக்கிய பங்காற்றி உள்ளார் சோம்நாத். தற்போது விக்ரம் சாராபாய் விண்வெளி மைய இயக்குநராக சோமநாத் பணியில் உள்ளார்.
